Apple Spice Pork Chops
4 pork chops
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoons soft butter
2 apples, peeled and cubed
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Heat pan with oil on stove over medium heat. Add chops, salt and pepper. Cook until outsides are brown. Place in oven.
In a pan on low heat, combine nutmeg, brown sugar, cinnamon, apples, and butter. Cook slowly until apples are soft and butter is melted. This should look like homemade apple sauce.
